MPS has introduced three new presses this year. The EF press has a web width of 660 mm (26”) and incorporates Crisp Dot technology, which introduces a high print definition into the flexible packaging arena. The press features multi-drive gearless servo technology, and different size air mandrels to improve quality and to reduce tooling (print sleeve) costs.

The new E-print, described as “the most cost effective servo driven label press in the industry, is a fully servo driven UF flexo machine. These also feature Crisp Dot, gearless anilox and meter roller; UV, hot air and IR drying; hot and cold foil application, screen printing, and more.

The new EC model incorporates all of MPS’ technologies, including Auto Teach. The EC has a short web path, and has low waste production.
